This woodland themed necklace is made with a Moss Agate stone bead, an ornate copper acorn top (cupule), and a copper oak leaf charm, complete on a 20” soldered copper chain.
Moss agate comes in a range of dark and light greens, and is named for the inclusions within it that resemble creeping moss or lichen. It is believed to symbolize new beginnings, abundance, and tranquility, as with the earth.

Care instructions: Pure copper can change color when exposed to two air, elements, moisture, and oils from your skin. This is called oxidation. Your skin may turn a green hue to your own body chemistry. All copper pieces have been sealed with Protectaclear to slow this process. Your item may require additional sealant if one often to avoid oxidation (or if you love it like we do, let it go!) From time to time you can use wax or nail polish to guard off oxidation. Polishing copper jewelry including chains, is as easy as finding a common acid like lemon juice or vinegar, or simply using a polishing cloth.
