Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped from our Beaverton store.

 

Right now, orders usually take 2-5 days of handling time before shipping. Then, 2-5* days to send for USPS Ground Advantage mail, or 2-3 days for USPS Priority mail. Heavier orders might be shipped out via UPS.

*Please note, as of 2025, USPS has been taking longer than usual, for reasons beyond our control. Some orders have taken 10 days or longer to arrive. If you are in a hurry, please select Priority Shipping at checkout.

These estimates might also take longer during the Holidays or inclement weather.

We are not able to ship Express at this time.

The shipping options available to you at checkout will depend on the weight of your order, and if it is being shipped domestic or international.

International buyers are solely responsible for any customs taxes or import fees that may be imposed by their country.

Please note, we are not able to mail Express, Overnight, or rush orders at this time.
