How long does shipping take?

Right now, orders can take 1-4 days of handling time. Then, 2-5 days for USPS Ground mail, or 2-3 days for USPS Priority, depending on what is available for you at checkout.

We are not able to accommodate Express at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to select countries, including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Israel (full list to come). Due to current restrictions and complications, we are not shipping to Germany, Ukraine, or Russia.

If you are unable to select your country at checkout, please leave us a request through our contact form.

International buyers are solely responsible for any customs taxes or import fees that may be imposed by their country.

Can I come to the store?

Yes of course! We'd love you to stop by. The brick-and-mortar store in downtown Beaverton is now open 11-5 Sunday to Friday, and 11-6 on Saturdays. For holiday hours and our most accurate hours, please check us out on Google Maps or Instagram.

We have fitting rooms available if you'd like to try things on.

Can you hold an item for me? (Can I pick up my order in-store?)

You can choose between Shipping and Store Pickup at checkout. If you want us to hold something, please place an order for Store Pickup.

If it turns out to not fit or otherwise not work out, you are able return it right after you pick it up!

How does sizing work?

Since I carry many different brands and decades of clothing, the sizing on the tag is hard to rely on. For all clothes, I add flat measurements to the descriptions. You can compare these measurements to a piece of clothing that you already have, so you can be confident that it will fit!

What is your return policy?

If you buy directly from my website or from the brick-and-mortar store, you may return your purchase on the following conditions:

~ It has been 14 days or less since your purchase
~ The item is clean, and in the condition it came in
~ If it is a consumable product like a candle, soap, or cosmetic, it is still wrapped and unused
~ I will need a receipt or order number to accept your return

If there was an issue with the item, we can pay for return shipping.

If there was no issue but you are returning for other reasons, the buyer will need to pay for return shipping.

Do you Buy clothes?

We do not currently buy in-store. We are willing to take donations, but we recommend donating to a local nonprofit instead.

We have compiled a list of local shops and places to donate, into a Google spreadsheet for everyone's reference!

Do you do alterations?

Update 12/6/2023: We just started testing mending & alteration services! Click here for details.

About Forager

Where do you source your product?

All of our clothes are secondhand: I get some things from garage and estate sales, thrift shops, friends' closets, and online. There's no secret way to find what I find, it's really just about being out there every day foraging!

Everything else in the shop is a mix of old, new, and locally-made products. Similarly, we source these from a variety of sources, including thrifting, online, wholesale markets, and artists that we find through social media.

Is everything vintage?

Not everything in the store. While most of the clothes I sell are vintage, not all of the clothes are, and only a few of the accessories are. I mix in some new stuff as well, to have a good selection that fits the Forager "style". As well as have some goods at lower prices.

If you are looking for vintage only, I do mark vintage things both online and on the hangtags, so they're easier to distinguish.

How can I sell my products in your store?

Please fill out this form.
If your products fit our price point and audience, and we are looking for new items to carry, we will be in touch!
Please note, we receive multiple inquiries every week, so we will not be responding to every artist. If you are looking for specific feedback or critique regarding your work, feel free to reach out on social media or at the shop.
