Earthy Green Tea
A palate-pleasing and mildly invigorating blend of earthy nettles and green tea, finishing with the cool of spearmint and the zest of ginger. A blend to focus your brain or perhaps guide you on an unexpected adventure.
🌿 Ingredients: Stinging nettle, green tea, spearmint, lemon balm, ginger, caraway, calendula (Contains some caffeine)
How to Brew: Steep 1-2 teaspoons per cup at 185° degrees for 2-4 minutes. Serve warm with honey or chilled on ice.
